Alongside contract manufacturing, we develop and produce our own products — from access panels to arrester cassettes.

Product 01

Access Panels

High-quality inspection doors made of gypsum board and aluminum are available in standard sizes from 200×200 mm to 800×800 mm, with the option of custom dimensions. They are quickly delivered directly to the construction site. Doors from a size of 300×300 mm are equipped with a safety cable; opening is handled by pressing on the lock. The doors come with dust-proof seals and in screwless versions, eliminating the need for spatula work. Various types of locks are available upon request.

Product 02

Arrester Cassettes

Lightning arrestor inserts are designed for installation in distribution strips with a depth of 129 mm and functional deep inserts. Each insert is equipped with 10 two-electrode lightning arrestors and 10 melting rings. Removing and inserting the lightning arrestor insert does not interrupt the operation or testing of the strip.

Product 03

Custom Piece Production

VJB PARTNER s.r.o. has a fully equipped tool shop for the production and maintenance of molds and tools — both for those used in our own production and for molds, tools and fixtures made to order according to customer requirements. An ultrasonic cleaner ensures thorough cleaning and extends the service life of mold inserts.

Custom production of unique products

We offer piece production of special metal or plastic parts according to customer drawings, including hardening or other surface treatments. Production is carried out on CNC lathes as well as conventional machine tools — in single pieces or small series.

Our specialization includes the production of profile-forming rolls — from standard wheels with a keyway to wheels with special modifications (knurling, various chamfers, etc.), including hardening in our own hardening shop. As standard we produce wheels up to 300 mm in diameter, larger ones by prior arrangement.
